Complaints and returns of goods
At Little Dreamers, we want every pair of pajamas to bring joy and comfort. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or if there is a defect, don't worry - we will resolve everything together quickly and with a smile.
How to proceed with a complaint?
- Write to us as soon as possible at info@malisnilci.cz – provide the order number and describe the problem.
- Please also attach a photo of the product to make it easier for us to assess the situation.
- We will agree on the next step - usually in the form of repair, exchange or refund.
What are you entitled to?
- All our products have a 14-day return period .
- If a defect appears during this period, you have the right to file a complaint.
- In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover all costs of returning the goods.
- Return of goods without giving a reason
We understand that sometimes the size or design just doesn't fit. That's why you can return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery . Just write to us and we will give you details on how to return your pajamas.
