FAQ – “Little Dreamers”: answers to the most frequently asked questions
1. How long does delivery take?
We ship your order within 2 business days of placing your order. In the Czech Republic, it usually arrives within 1-3 business days. We will be happy to give you an estimated delivery date based on your address.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you notice an error as soon as possible, just write to info@malisnilci.cz – if the shipment has not yet been shipped, we can usually edit or cancel it.
3. What if my pajamas don't fit?
Don't worry - you can return unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery , and we will explain the return procedure to you. You can find details in the Complaints and Returns section.
4. How to send a complaint?
Just write to info@malisnilci.cz , describe the problem and attach a photo of the defective pajamas. We will then resolve the issue with an exchange, repair or refund.
5. How are payments made?
You can pay for your order by card, via a payment gateway, or by bank transfer. Everything is done securely and encrypted.

7. How do you ensure the safety of children?
We sew pajamas from certified 100% cotton , gentle on children's skin. The patterns are friendly, soft and free of harmful substances.
8. Can I order a larger quantity?
Yes! We are happy to prepare a quote for larger orders, gift packages or event sponsorship. Just write to us - we will be happy to find a solution that will please.
