TREES PUT ON THEIR PAJAMAS

Dear dreamers,
Did you know that trees have their own evening ritual, similar to our children?

When September comes and the nights get longer, nature slowly prepares for sleep. The trees put on colorful pajamas – their leaves change from green to yellow, orange and red. And this is not just the magic of autumn, it is their way of saying: “Good night, winter is coming.”

Scientists from Mendel University in Brno have even discovered that trees "breathe" differently depending on how much light they have. In the fall, when there is less light, they start to conserve energy - much like our children who need more sleep on colder days to have the strength to play and explore.

Dreamer's tip for parents:
When you and your little dreamers walk home in the evening, stop under the tree and look at its leaves together. You can say to yourself:
"The tree has already put on its pajamas and is also going to sleep. So come on, put on yours."

It's a magical way to teach children that the evening ritual is not an obligation, but part of the natural rhythm of nature. Just as trees, bears, and squirrels sleep, they too deserve their dreams.

And don't forget:
Little Dreamers' pajamas are like the softest leaves - soft, warm and ready to cover your little dreamer in a starry sleep.
